Day 8 Caesarea, Megiddo & Nazareth

I will down load pictures and explain later! It takes a long time! Thanks Jenn for commenting  on my blog, it's so wonderful to hear a loving voice! Love you too! I can't get my e-mail to work, or my phone!
City of Natanya in Israel, we stayed on the Mediterranean Sea,

This is Caesarea, This is where the Gentiles first heard the good news of Jesus and were baptized. This is only one of King Herod's Fortresses. It totally reminded me of the verse that says build your home on the rocks because this is what happens when you build on the sand!,

Roman ruins in the Mediterranean Sea

Mosaic found at the foot of the Sea

Ruins

Stands to watch the chariot races.

passage way, notice the arch still standing it was amazing the architectural engineering over 2000 years ago!

This is where they did chariot races

Ruins under water, Herod had created a man made Harbor that was destroyed in earthquakes.

More seating for the spectators

More ruins

Storage room

Doug I thought this was beautiful and would match our other ones, after taking a picture the Museum owner came over and said photos where not allowed. I said "oops" I asked her if she wanted me to delete it. (like I had to do with the guard picture I took) she said no i asked how much I really did like it!! $7000.00 eek I like my picture much better lol thank you Lord for small gifts! The name is about multiplying the world I wrote it down will have to come back to tell you!

I walked where Peter walked!
