God Keeps His Promises

Hang with me here for a minute, in Deuteronomy 6
God tells them to observe His commands in the land which they are going to cross over and posses-land of milk and honey
Hear, O Israel: "The Lord our God, the Lord is one!
You shall love the Lord your God with all your heart, with all your soul and with all your strength!
And these words which I command you today shall be in your heart. You shall teach them diligently to your children, and shall talk of them when you sit in your house, when you walk by the way, when you lie down, and when you rise up. You shall  bind them as a signon your hand, and they shall be frontlets between your eyes. You shall write them on the doorposts of your house and on your gates.
They don't teach, they don't talk and they don't bind, instead they grumble, well and instead they are in the desert 40 years eek! (I kind of feel like them looking back now over the last 4 years) Moses only got a glimpse of the promised land he dies on Mt. Nebo.  Hang on, let's get out of the desert amen God keeps His promises! He uses people just like me, you and Joshua!
In the book of Joshua, He tells Joshua as I was with Moses I will be with you  (I love this next part)
I will not leave you nor forsake you. Be strong and of good courage, for to this people you shall divide as an inheritance the land which I promised to their fathers.
(He didn't say it was going to be easy, or boy do you have a fight ahead of you, He said be strong I am right here with you! amen)
So the Lord gave to Israel all the land of which He had sworn to give their fathers, and they took possession of it and dwelt in it. Amen He Kept His promise.
He also gave us His Son, He never said following Christ was going to be easy but... He did say, teach, talk, bind my commandments. Be Strong and of Good Courage I am right here with you! It's amazing what God is showing me I have started my journey to the Promised Land I am so BLESSED. Thanks for hanging didn't mean for it to be so long!
